Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting our small, independent business! We offer a mix of printed clothing items, handcrafted made-to-order pieces, and limited-edition stock drops.
Because different items have different creation timelines, please review our processing and delivery structures below. If your order contains a mix of items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times.

1. Processing & Creation Times (Before Shipping)

Before an item is handed over to the courier, it must first be created or packed. Please check the product description page for the exact processing time of the item you are purchasing:
  • In-Stock Items (Stock Drops): If an item is listed as "In Stock," it is already made and sitting on our shelves.
  • Handmade Made-to-Order Items: These pieces are made after you place your order. Please check the individual product page note for current creation timelines, and allow this processing time to pass before your shipping window begins.
  • Print-on-Demand Items: These items are printed freshly to order by our UK fulfillment partner. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for production and quality checks before dispatch.


2. Shipping Options & Delivery Windows

Once your item has been processed or crafted, it will be dispatched via our trusted couriers. We offer the following shipping tiers at checkout:

For In-Stock Items (Stock Drops Only)
  • Same-Day Dispatch: Order Monday to Saturday before 1:00 PM to have your in-stock items shipped out the very same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on Sundays will ship the following working day.
  • Express Shipping: Delivered within 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.

For Made-to-Order & Print-on-Demand Items
  • Standard Delivery: 2 to 3 working days after the item's advertised creation/production time is complete.
  • International Delivery (EU & Rest of World): 6 to 21 working days via international tracked services once production is complete.


3. Important Rules Regarding Address Changes & Cancellations
  • Cancellations In-Transit / In-Production: Because custom made-to-order and print-on-demand pieces enter production almost immediately, these orders cannot be halted or cancelled once crafting begins. If you change your mind, you must wait for the item to arrive and then follow our standard Return Policy to ship it back to our facility at your own expense.
  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom (including destinations within the European Union), the recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, or handling fees levied by your country’s customs authority.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
  • Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please take a clear photograph of the item and packaging, and contact us via our Contact Us page within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.
  • Missing Packages: All claims for missing parcels must be reported to us within 45 days of your dispatch notice so we can initiate a formal investigation with the carrier.
